Rotator Cuff Exercises

The exercises described below can help you strengthen the muscles in your shoulder (especially the muscles of the rotator cuff–the part that helps with circular motion).

Frozen Shoulder (Adhesive Capsulitis)

Adhesive capsulitis (say: add-he-sive cap-sool-eye-tis) is when you lose the ability to move your shoulder around in all directions without pain. Doctors sometimes refer to this problem as “frozen shoulder” because your shoulder can become stiff and it may be difficult for you to move it at all.
